Kim Dickey is with First American Title and is Creator/Director of a sales and training department called Elistingservice. Kim has over 25 years of sales experience with 12 years in the "For Sale by Owner" field. She is a sales trainer, motivator and is passionate about helping others succeed.

What makes Kim so unique are those years working for Buy Owner. She started off as a Buy Owner sales rep, was promoted into management when she opened the Orlando franchise and later, became part owner. Kim is proud to now be an integral part of First American Title and has developed a very comprehensive sales program that is broken down into "59-minute" training seminars. Kim feels very strongly that almost anyone can pass the Real Estate exam. But having a license is only half of the equation for success; the other half is having the necessary sales and leadership skills. The ability to motivate and lead people, plus eliminate or overcome stalls and excuses will, in the end, determine whether a Real Estate Agent will succeed, or not.

Kim presents anywhere from 7-13 personal appearance seminars a week, plus at least 2 courses are shown online each month. In addition to private Real Estate office seminars, Kim is often asked to speak at WCR functions and Board of Realtor Educational Programs across the nation. Kim also has two, comprehensive, 3-hour training sessionthat are accredited for Realtor Continuing Education in Kentucky and Florida.
